CEO Francesca Zamor 

Frenchie Flow is run by a mother daughter team. I Francesca Zamor (Frenchie) am the CEO of our company Frenchiesflow.co. My mother Darline Zamor is the COO. I have been well involved in hair my entire life because my mother is a professional hair stylist. We have collectively tried many different types of hair companies, for ourselves as well as my mothers clients. We have noticed that not many people can tell what good hair extensions feel or look like. So we have tried to help who we can when we can.

I Francesca Zamor (Frenchie) have always loved helping people as well as being involved in many activities. I am currently in college but during high school years I was very active. I was in the J.R.O.T.C. program as well as the Marching band and Show Choir. In my 10th grade year I became a team leader for one of the teams in J.R.O.T.C. while being on many other teams. Now one thing that I have learned from those experiences is not to bite off more then you can chew. So during my 11th grade year I knew in order to succeed my Senior year I would have to let go of something. Although I enjoyed all of the activities I was apart of, I let go of J.R.O.T.C. By senior year I became the first female leader of the show choir to also be a drum major in the Marching band. While keeping my grades up and having a part time job. There were a few people that were very worried about my ability to juggle everything, but I believe I did a great job of it. I did not do it alone I did have another drum major and two other leaders to share the load with, but I never slacked in either. Now in College I have decided to do the same. While taking classes I am on the board for the acapella choir & I have decided to start this business with the help of my mother.
